1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to ivorlinems, located at 15 Stamford Road, #05-09, Singapore 178906
• "You," "Your," "Client" refers to the person or entity renting a vehicle from us
• "Vehicle" means any automobile rented from ivorlinems
• "Rental Period" means the period between vehicle delivery and return
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions plus any rental contract
• "Service Tier" refers to Ground Level, Upper Level, or Penthouse Level

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a vehicle or using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age
• You hold a valid driver's license recognized in Singapore
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
• All information provided to us is accurate and complete
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms

3. Service Description

ivorlinems provides luxury vehicle rental services across three service tiers in Singapore. Our services include vehicle rental, delivery and collection, comprehensive insurance, and support services as specified in your booking confirmation.

Vehicle availability is subject to booking confirmation. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable or superior vehicle if your selected vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Booking and Reservations

4.1 Booking Process

• Bookings require advance notice: 48 hours (Ground Level), 72 hours (Upper Level), one week (Penthouse Level)
• All bookings are subject to verification and approval
• Booking confirmation is sent via email
• Payment or deposit may be required to secure booking

4.2 Penthouse Level Access

Penthouse Level services are accessible through client referral or after completing rentals from other service tiers. We reserve the right to decline Penthouse Level bookings at our discretion.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing and Fees

• Rental rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• All prices include applicable taxes
• Additional charges may apply for excess mileage, late returns, or damage
• Extended rental terms are available with adjusted pricing

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Full payment or deposit is required at booking confirmation. Outstanding balances are due at vehicle return.

5.3 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required. The deposit will be refunded within 14 business days after vehicle return, subject to inspection and any outstanding charges.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Client Cancellations

• Ground Level: Cancel 48+ hours before rental = no penalty. Within 48 hours = 30% retention
• Upper Level: Cancel 72+ hours before rental = no penalty. Within 72 hours = 30% retention
• Penthouse Level: Cancel 7+ days before rental = no penalty. Within 7 days = 30% retention

6.2 Our Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to vehicle unavailability, safety concerns, or verification issues. In such cases, we will provide full refund and attempt to offer alternative arrangements.

7. Vehicle Use and Responsibilities

7.1 Authorized Drivers

Only drivers listed and approved in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Additional drivers must be verified and approved before the rental period.

7.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the vehicle for:

• Commercial purposes or ride-sharing services
• Transporting illegal substances or materials
• Racing, competitions, or driver training
• Towing or pushing other vehicles
• Off-road driving or unsuitable terrain
• Any illegal activity

7.3 Care and Maintenance

You must:

• Operate the vehicle safely and lawfully
• Maintain appropriate fuel levels
• Check and maintain tire pressures and fluid levels
• Protect the vehicle from damage and theft
• Report any mechanical issues immediately
• Return the vehicle in the condition received (normal wear excepted)

7.4 Mileage Limits

• Ground Level: 200 kilometers per day
• Upper Level: Island-wide unlimited mileage
• Penthouse Level: As agreed in rental contract
• Excess mileage charges apply beyond limits

8. Insurance and Liability

8.1 Insurance Coverage

All vehicles include comprehensive insurance coverage as detailed in your rental agreement. You are responsible for any deductibles or excesses as specified.

8.2 Your Liability

You are liable for damage to the vehicle during your rental period, except where caused solely by mechanical failure or defect. You must report all accidents and incidents immediately.

8.3 Third-Party Claims

You are responsible for all fines, penalties, and parking violations incurred during the rental period.

9. Vehicle Return

• Return vehicles at the agreed time and location
• Late returns incur additional charges
• Vehicle must be returned in clean condition (interior and exterior)
• Fuel policy as specified in booking confirmation
• Return inspection will document vehicle condition
• Keys and all vehicle materials must be returned

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our materials, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ivorlinems and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11. Disclaimers

11.1 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain vehicle availability, we cannot guarantee specific vehicles will always be available. Services are provided "as is" subject to availability.

11.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that rental of our vehicles will result in specific outcomes or experiences. Client satisfaction depends on multiple factors beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our liability is limited to the rental fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, business interruption, or personal injury.

This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ivorlinems, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our vehicles or breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

14.1 Immediate Termination

We may terminate rental agreements immediately if you breach these Terms, use the vehicle improperly, or if we determine continued rental poses safety or liability risks.

14.2 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, you must return the vehicle immediately. No refunds will be provided for terminated agreements due to client breach.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

15.2 Informal Resolution

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve disputes before pursuing formal action. We commit to good faith efforts to resolve concerns.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with your rental agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and ivorlinems.

16.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights under this Agreement. We may assign our rights and obligations.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to clients with active bookings. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
