All rates include comprehensive insurance coverage, vehicle delivery to your specified Singapore address, 24-hour roadside assistance, and a pre-rental vehicle walkthrough. Fuel policy varies by tier but is clearly stated at booking. Additional items such as itineraries and care kits are tier-specific.

Penthouse Level is accessible through client referral or upon completing a rental from one of our other tiers. This approach ensures that all pinnacle clients have familiarity with our service standards and allows us to understand your preferences before presenting our most distinctive vehicles.

We require 48 hours' notice for Ground Level bookings, 72 hours for Upper Level, and one week for Penthouse Level. Cancellations made within these timeframes incur no penalty. Cancellations closer to the rental date are subject to a 30% retention fee. We understand that plans change and work with clients to reschedule when possible.

Ground Level rentals include 200 kilometers per day. Upper Level weekend bookings have no mileage restrictions for island-wide driving. Penthouse Level terms are discussed individually, as these vehicles often accompany longer-duration bookings or specific itineraries.

Our office is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Vehicle handovers can be arranged outside these hours with advance notice. Our 24-hour roadside assistance line is always available during active rentals.

Yes, we accommodate weekly and monthly rentals across all tiers with adjusted pricing. Extended rentals include additional benefits such as complimentary vehicle exchanges, priority scheduling, and personalized vehicle preferences. Please contact us to discuss specific requirements and availability.
